Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Systems Manager to lead and oversee the design and installation of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and utilities. This position involves managing contractors, coordinating with clients, and ensuring site safety. The role is ideal for candidates with strong technical and leadership backgrounds in mechanical engineering. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise mechanical system installation work - Verify accuracy of system design and material quantities - Prepare cost estimates and compare vendor prices - Oversee procurement of equipment and materials - Supervise plumbing and utility system installations - Coordinate with contractors and clients on-site - Ensure safety procedures and site regulations are followed Organizational Structure: You will lead the Mechanical Department team and report to the Senior Project Manager. Your team may include engineers, drafters, and site supervisors. You will also interact with clients, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of mechanical system projects.

Requirement
MUST - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering - 10+ years of experience in mechanical system projects - Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and utility systems - Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Outlook - Good communication in English (spoken and written) - Strong leadership and team management skills BETTER - Experience working with Japanese companies or clients - Familiar with safety management and site regulations - Professional Engineering License (กว.) is an advantage
