Job Description
This position is for an experienced accounting professional. You will handle daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, journal entries, and monthly closing. You will also assist with tax filing, working together with an external accounting firm. Payroll is outsourced. The company is planning to implement a new accounting system (Gracias), and you will help support this transition. Key Responsibilities: - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable - Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate records - Support monthly financial closing - Assist with year-end closing and tax filing in cooperation with an external accounting firm - Communicate with the General Affairs staff and Japanese manager - Help with implementing and operating the new accounting system (Gracias)

Requirement
MUST: - 25-35 years old, any gender - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field - At least 5 years of accounting experience - Ability to explain accounting records and details to auditors directory - Able to speak Japanese (N3/N4 level, but no need JLPT certificate) BETTER: - Experience in implementing or using accounting systems; Gracias - Experience in Japanese companies
