  Short summary: We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to support web and mobile application projects for the manufacturing industry. The role covers backend and frontend development, mobile apps (Android/iOS), and server setup. Main focus is backend development, but frontend skills are welcome. You will maintain and improve existing systems, fix errors, add functions, and support IT coordinators in project schedules. The position is suitable for someone with over 4 years of engineering experience, strong programming background (Python and PHP required), and good communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Build backend and frontend for web tools and systems (manufacturing industry). - Maintain and improve existing web systems and apps. - Develop mobile applications for Android and iOS. - Full-stack development for online quotation and inventory systems. - Configure cloud and physical servers (Linux). - Work with IT coordinators on schedules. - Assist in preparing system requirement documents. Organizational Structure: The engineer will work in a small, collaborative team environment, reporting directly to the IT Coordinator or Project Manager. The role requires active communication with other developers, business staff, and IT support. Team members share responsibilities for development, system maintenance, and improvements. You will be expected to work closely with colleagues, take initiative in problem-solving, and complete projects responsibly within deadlines.
