This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, production management, and compliance with livestock regulations. :: หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก / Key Responsibilities: - การบริหารจัดการฟาร์มปศุสัตว์ / Farm Operations Management: - พัฒนาและดำเนินกลยุทธ์เพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตและประสิทธิภาพของฟาร์มวัวนม / Develop and implement strategies to enhance dairy farm productivity and efficiency. - ควบคุมดูแลกิจกรรมประจำวัน เช่น การให้อาหาร การรีดนม และการดูแลสุขภาพสัตว์ / Oversee daily farm activities, including feeding, milking, and animal health management. - ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาโรงเรือน อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องจักรที่ใช้ในฟาร์ม / Monitor and maintain farm facilities, equipment, and machinery. - การบริหารการเงินและธุรกิจ / Financial & Business Management: - จัดทำและบริหารงบประมาณให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด / Prepare and manage the farm’s budget effectively. - ตรวจสอบผลประกอบการทางการเงินและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้จ่าย / Monitor financial performance and optimize cost efficiency. - ค้นหาโอกาสสร้างรายได้ใหม่ เช่น การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์จากนม / Identify new revenue opportunities, such as dairy product development. - การบริหารทีมงานและทรัพยากรบุคคล / Team & Human Resource Management: - นำทีม พัฒนา และบริหารพนักงานในฟาร์มให้มีแรงจูงใจและมีทักษะที่เหมาะสม / Lead, develop, and manage farm employees to ensure motivation and skill development. - จัดฝึกอบรมพนักงานเกี่ยวกับเทคนิคการดูแลวัวนม การจัดการอาหาร และสุขภาพสัตว์ / Provide training on dairy cattle care, feeding, and health management techniques. - บังคับใช้ระเบียบความปลอดภัยและสุขภาพในสถานที่ทำงาน / Enforce workplace safety and health regulations. - การจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทานและการตลาด / Supply Chain & Marketing Management: - ควบคุมคุณภาพและปริมาณการผลิตน้ำนมให้ตรงตามมาตรฐาน / Ensure milk production quality and quantity meet industry standards. - สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ซื้อ ผู้จำหน่าย และโรงงานแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์นม / Build strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and dairy processing plants. - ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการจัดส่งสินค้าให้ตรงเวลา / Oversee and manage product delivery to ensure timely distribution. การปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและความยั่งยืน / Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability: - ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายด้านปศุสัตว์และข้อบังคับด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม / Ensure compliance with livestock laws and environmental regulations. - ส่งเสริมแนวทางปศุสัตว์ที่ยั่งยืนและเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม / Promote sustainable and environmentally friendly livestock practices. - ตรวจสอบและจัดการของเสียจากฟาร์มอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ / Manage farm waste effectively to minimize environmental impact. - เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม / Technology & Innovation: - นำเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ เช่น ระบบอัตโนมัติในการรีดนม และ IoT ในการติดตามสุขภาพสัตว์ มาใช้ในฟาร์ม / Implement modern technologies such as automated milking systems and IoT for animal health monitoring. - ติดตามแนวโน้มอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการผลิต / Stay updated on industry trends to enhance production processes.
