Job Description
・Manage and lead the local Thai sales team to elevate sales performance and standards. ・Drive 100% new business development targeting restaurants, hotels, central kitchens, and food manufacturing factories. ・Execute the complete sales process from cold calling, initial approach, needs assessment, through to solution proposal and quotation creation. ・Develop and implement proactive sales strategies by monitoring market dynamics, chain expansions, and industry growth trends. ・Provide comprehensive kitchen coordination solutions by collaborating with internal design and after-sales service teams.

Requirement
・Minimum 10 years of sales experience with a proven track record in new business development (applicants are required to specify metrics such as annual new client acquisition or sales revenue on their CV). ・Proven capability to independently formulate sales strategies and capture potential market demands through strategic research. ・Proactive mindset and strong leadership to drive and upgrade a sales team. ・English proficiency suitable for internal business communication. ・Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, machinery, or industrial equipment sales is highly preferred (knowledge of technical drawings or machine installation is an advantage).
