Job Description - This position is responsible for sales activities related to IoT and Factory Automation solutions for manufacturing customers. The Sales Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and propose suitable products and services. The role includes project coordination from planning and implementation to testing and after-sales support. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with customers, preparing proposals, managing project progress, and collaborating with engineering teams. This position requires both technical understanding and sales skills to develop customer relationships and achieve business goals. The successful candidate will play an important role in expanding the company’s automation business while supporting customers throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Manage IoT and Factory Automation projects from planning to execution. - Support testing, implementation, and operation of automation solutions. - Present company products and services to existing and potential customers. - Identify new business opportunities and develop customer accounts. - Prepare sales presentations, quotations, proposals, and contracts. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Follow up on customer requirements and service quality. - Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. - Coordinate with internal departments and engineering teams. - Follow up on payment collection and project documentation. - Coordinate delivery schedules and service arrangements. - Prepare sales reports and other assigned tasks. Organizational Structure: - The Sales Engineer will be based at the Amata Branch and work closely with both the Sales and Engineering teams. The team consists of approximately 7 members supporting automation and industrial solution projects. The position requires regular coordination with engineers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will report directly to both Thai and Japanese Managers at the branch level. In addition, the position will have communication and reporting responsibilities to the Japanese General Manager. This role provides opportunities to work in a multicultural environment while gaining exposure to industrial automation technologies and Japanese management practices.
