  Short Summary: - The MC & Interpreter is responsible for material planning, stock control, and coordination between departments to support smooth production operations. This role prepares material requirement planning (MRP) based on production schedules and monitors raw material delivery to ensure materials are available on time. The position also controls inventory levels, manages stock movement, and supports ERP data management. In addition, the employee will support interpretation and translation work within the department using Chinese as the main working language. Candidates should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare material requirement planning (MRP) based on production plans - Monitor raw material delivery and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production departments - Control inventory levels and manage stock rotation to reduce excess stock and waste - Manage material issuing, additional requests, and material returns according to system data - Solve production-related material problems such as shortages, damaged materials, and losses - Support stock counting and analyze inventory discrepancies - Maintain and update raw material data in ERP system - Support interpretation and translation work for the department - Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor Organizational Structure: - The MC & Interpreter will work closely with the material control team, purchasing department, warehouse team, and production department. The position reports directly to the department supervisor or manager. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal departments and communicating with Chinese-speaking staff or management to support smooth operations. The role also supports translation and interpretation during meetings, production discussions, and daily operations. This position requires good teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines.
