- Market researching - Originate new deals and source potential startup/M&A investment opportunities. - Conduct pre-due diligence for investment projects before financing from the Singapore office. - Analyze financial statements to evaluate corporate value, growth potential, and cash flow to determine investment viability. - Act as an interpreter during meetings with Japanese staff and clients.

Requirement
- Experience in bank corporate sales/analysis, M&A research, or new business development. (Candidates who can conduct financial analysis, reading financial statements, and understanding cash flow) - Deal origination and business development skills.
