  Short Summary The BMS Design Engineer will support the deployment and integration of advanced building management systems for factories, offices, commercial buildings, and data centers in Thailand. This role focuses on developing and maintaining Niagara-based BMS systems, integrating HVAC and legacy equipment, and supporting IoT and wireless technology projects. The engineer will work closely with vendors, subcontractors, customers, and the Japan headquarters to ensure smooth project execution and technical quality. Responsibilities include system programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, cloud integration, and documentation. This position is suitable for candidates who are passionate about smart building technologies and interested in joining a fast-growing technology company expanding across ASEAN markets. Key Responsibilities ・Prepare implementation specifications for Niagara development partners ・Conduct quality assurance and verification of deliverables ・Build stations, graphics, and control logic using Niagara N4/AX platforms ・Develop cloud integration features using Niagara Cloud ・Integrate legacy HVAC and building systems using BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks ・Review building drawings and identify communication protocols during site surveys ・Propose hardware and network configurations for retrofit projects ・Perform commissioning, communication testing, and point-to-point checks ・Provide operational training for building owners and users ・Create technical documents such as BMS specifications, manuals, and reports ・Install BMS servers and JACE controllers within existing IT infrastructure ・Coordinate with IT teams regarding IP addresses, VLANs, and network settings ・Set up remote monitoring environments using VPN and secure gateways ・Support troubleshooting and network diagnostics using tools such as Wireshark
