  Short Summary: - The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) of machines and production equipment in the factory. This role supports smooth production operations by reducing machine downtime and improving production efficiency. The technician will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. The position also supports installation and testing of new machines. Candidates should have basic technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics fields and be able to communicate in Chinese for daily work. This role requires teamwork, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for machines and equipment - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation systems - Support production line to reduce downtime and improve efficiency - Check machine condition daily and record maintenance data - Coordinate with production and engineering teams for maintenance work - Control and manage spare parts usage and stock - Follow company safety standards and EHS regulations - Support installation and testing of new machinery - Prepare maintenance reports and related documents - Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor Organizational Structure: - The Maintenance Technician will work closely with the maintenance team, production department, and engineering department in the factory. The position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Manager. Daily work includes machine inspection, repair support, and coordination with production staff to ensure stable production operations. The technician may also cooperate with engineers and external suppliers during machine installation or major repair work. Teamwork and communication are important because the role supports multiple departments to reduce downtime and maintain production efficiency.
