【Job Description】 - Lead AI/IT Implementation: Spearhead the introduction and integration of AI and IT systems on the factory floor. - Automate Business Processes: Use IT/AI solutions to automate and streamline current manual tasks, such as visually checking modified drawings. - Chatbot Development: Build and manage internal chatbots to enhance operational efficiency. - Promote Paperless Operations: Drive digital transformation (DX) initiatives, particularly for administrative procedures like payment processing. - Handle Upstream Processes: Conduct requirement definitions and basic designs for internal IT projects. - Streamline Evidence Creation: Significantly reduce the time consumed by creating evidence and documentation.

Requirement

- Required Skills: Proven hands-on experience in IT system requirement definition and basic design. - AI/Digital Knowledge: Practical experience or strong knowledge regarding AI implementation (e.g., chatbots, business automation). - DX Implementation Experience: Proven track record of promoting paperless systems and migrating manual workflows to digital platforms. - Preferred Qualifications: Deep understanding and knowledge of factory/manufacturing operations. - Desired Profile: A problem-solver who can collaborate effectively with on-site teams to replace tedious, manual tasks with efficient IT solutions.
