Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Gather information on rental properties in Bangkok, mainly around the Sukhumvit area - Introduce properties to clients, primarily Japanese - Guide clients during property viewings - Manage property contract procedures - Assist clients during the move-in process - Provide support after clients have moved in - Perform other related tasks as needed

MUST: - Bachelor Degree - JLPT N2 or higher BETTER: - Experience in B2C sales - Familiarity with Japanese business customs (e.g., standing to greet clients, seating them in preferred positions)
