  Short Summary: - This position is responsible for managing quality assurance activities in an automotive manufacturing environment. The role focuses on handling customer complaints, finding root causes, and implementing effective solutions. The candidate will support customer audits and ensure that all processes meet required quality standards such as IATF 16949. This role also works closely with suppliers to maintain product quality and prepare necessary documents such as PPAP. The position requires strong leadership skills to manage team members and improve quality processes. The candidate should be able to work under pressure and communicate effectively in English with both internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: - Handle and summarize customer complaints and prepare reports - Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions - Support customer audits (process and product) - Follow up supplier quality and prepare summary reports - Prepare product co-check for new suppliers and change requests - Prepare PPAP documents for new and changed products - Follow up inspection of raw materials and finished products - Monitor quality of current production products - Develop inspection standards for customer approval - Improve monitoring methods for better efficiency - Train QC team members according to plan - Select and manage measuring instruments Organizational Structure: - This position belongs to the Quality Assurance team and reports directly to the QA Manager or higher management. The team includes QA staff and QC members who are responsible for daily quality control and inspection tasks. The candidate will supervise and guide team members, provide training, and ensure that all staff follow company standards and procedures. The role requires close coordination with other departments such as production, engineering, and purchasing, as well as communication with customers and suppliers. The team size may vary depending on production scale, but leadership and team control are key responsibilities in this role.
