  Short Summary: - The Sourcing Supervisor (Cost Engineer) will be responsible for supplier sourcing, cost analysis, and procurement management for manufacturing operations. This position works closely with engineering, production, and suppliers to find suitable vendors and improve cost efficiency. The candidate must understand technical drawings and manufacturing processes such as stamping, machining, and molding. The role also includes monitoring raw material prices, conducting cost reduction activities, and supporting procurement strategy. This position requires strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to lead and coach team members. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handling multiple projects under pressure. Key Responsibilities: - Review technical drawings and specifications to identify suitable suppliers - Manage procurement cost and supplier pricing - Conduct cost analysis and support cost reduction projects - Monitor raw material market price trends - Coordinate with engineering and production departments - Support supplier evaluation and supplier development activities - Prepare procurement and cost reports using MS Excel - Coach and support subordinate team members - Handle procurement tasks according to company targets and deadlines Organizational Structure: - The Sourcing Supervisor will work at the head office in Samut Prakan and report directly to the Procurement or Sourcing Manager. The position will coordinate closely with internal departments such as Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance to support sourcing and cost management activities. The supervisor will also communicate regularly with local and overseas suppliers regarding pricing, specifications, and delivery conditions. This role may supervise junior procurement staff or sourcing members and support team development through coaching and daily management. The working environment is fast-paced and requires strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills to achieve company cost and sourcing targets.
