  Short Summary: You will work as a System Engineer to support IT projects for Japanese companies in Thailand. Your role includes managing the full project cycle, from planning to delivery. You will create project schedules, manage progress, and ensure quality of the system. You will also support sales activities such as client meetings and product demonstrations. This position requires both technical skills and communication skills, as you will guide programmers and work closely with team members. Key Responsibilities: ・Project initiation and planning (WBS, scheduling) ・Manage project progress, issues, and risks ・Prepare documents (specifications, design documents, manuals) ・Conduct testing and quality control ・Support sales (client visits, proposals, product demos) ・Provide technical guidance to programmers ・Coordinate with internal team and report progress ・Other development-related tasks as assigned
