Job Description
- Manage overall store operations and lead the customer service team. - Support internal communication between the management team and local staff. - Manage operational numbers including sales, costs, and labor. - Create shifts, train, and evaluate staff members. - Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers and simple cooking support. - Continuously propose and implement improvements for service quality and efficiency. - Conduct regular reporting and attend meetings with the headquarters.

- Experience in management within the F&B or restaurant industry. - Cheerful, energetic, and passionate about customer service. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to clearly instruct and guide staff. - Collaborative team player who fosters a positive work environment. - Proactive in proposing operational improvements. - Fluent in Thai and proficient in Japanese to facilitate internal communication.
