    Short Summary: - The Sales and Marketing Chief is responsible for managing sales activities and supporting marketing strategies to grow the company’s chemical business in Thailand. This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while also identifying new business opportunities. The position requires regular customer visits, sales performance monitoring, and close communication with internal departments such as production, logistics, and accounting. The candidate will also support the manager with market research and competitor analysis. In addition, this role supervises junior staff and ensures their work is accurate and efficient. The position reports to Japanese management and requires preparing clear sales reports following the “Hou-Ren-So” communication style. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsible, and able to act quickly based on management instructions. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets (KPIs) - Visit existing customers regularly (at least 25 visits per month) - Maintain strong relationships with key clients - Identify new business opportunities and potential customers - Support the manager with market research and competitor analysis - Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities - Supervise and guide junior staff members - Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for Japanese management - Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Accounting departments - Review quotations, purchase orders (PO), and marketing contracts - Take quick action based on instructions from management Organizational Structure: - The Sales and Marketing Chief works in the Sales and Marketing team and reports directly to the Manager and Japanese management. The team is responsible for handling sales activities, customer relationship management, and marketing support. This role also supervises junior sales or administrative staff and provides guidance to ensure work accuracy and efficiency. The position requires close coordination with other departments such as Production, Logistics, and Accounting to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery to customers. Regular communication with Japanese management is required, especially through weekly and monthly sales reports following the Hou-Ren-So culture (Report, Inform, Consult). The role plays an important part in connecting customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

    MUST - Nationality, Gender, Age: Thai, Gender not specified, Age: 30 - 40 Years old - Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - English skill : Business level in English Experiences: - At least 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing - Experience visiting customers and managing client relationships - Experience preparing sales reports and coordinating with internal departments - Driver License: Required - Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) - High responsibility and attention to detail - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Understanding of Japanese business communication style (Hou-Ren-So) - Experience in chemical industry or B2B sales - Experience supervising level Advantage - Japanese language ability
