  Short Summary: - This role focuses on repairing and maintaining heavy machines such as excavators, lifts, compressors, and other rental equipment. The mechanic will inspect machines before delivery, ensure safe operation, and solve mechanical issues for customers. The job requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on repair skills, and the ability to diagnose problems quickly. The position is based at the Ladkrabang Industrial , where you will work closely with senior technicians and support the rental operation team. This role is suitable for candidates with a background in mechanical, automotive, or electrical fields and experience in Heavy machine maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Repair and maintain heavy machines and rental equipment - Perform machine check-ups before delivery to customers - Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues - Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance - Support emergency repairs when required - Coordinate with technicians and operation staff for machine readiness - Keep maintenance records and follow safety standards Organizational Structure: - You will work in the service center team at Ladkrabang Branch. The department typically includes several mechanics, junior technicians, and service support staff. The team is supervised by a Service Supervisor or Workshop Manager, who assigns daily repair tasks and oversees safety practices. You will report directly to the Service Supervisor and may coordinate with the Operations Team for machine delivery schedules. The structure is teamwork-oriented, with close communication between mechanics and rental operation departments to ensure machines are always in good working condition for customers.
