Job Description
Short Summary - This position is responsible for supporting customers who use the company’s IT systems. The main role is to answer customer questions, provide technical explanations, and help solve basic IT system problems. You will communicate with Japanese and Thai customers and support manufacturing companies that use the company’s software. The job also includes creating manuals and documents in Thai, English, and Japanese. Sometimes you may visit client companies to provide training or explain system usage. This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in IT systems and want to develop their technical and communication skills while working in a Japanese company environment. Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries about IT systems used in manufacturing companies - Provide system explanations and IT-related training to customers - Support customers in solving basic system or usage issues - Create and update manuals and documents in Thai, English, and Japanese - Translate documents between Japanese, English, and Thai - Communicate with Japanese clients and internal teams - Visit client companies when necessary (domestic and overseas) - Support general customer service related to the IT system Organizational Structure - You will work as part of the customer support team in the Thailand office. The team mainly supports Japanese manufacturing clients that use the company’s IT systems. You will communicate closely with Japanese managers and other technical staff. The position reports directly to a Japanese supervisor or project manager who oversees customer support operations. Team members cooperate to handle customer inquiries, system explanations, and documentation tasks. You may also coordinate with engineers or system specialists when technical issues require deeper support. The team environment focuses on collaboration, learning IT systems, and providing high-quality service to customers.

Requirement
MUST - Nationality / Gender / Age: Thai, Male or Female, 24 – 30 years old - Education: Bachelor Degree (any field) - English Skill: Intermediate level or higher - Japanese Skill: JLPT N2 or higher - Experiences: Experience 1 years in IT Helpdesk, IT Support, or related position is preferred - Etc: Fast learner, interested in IT systems, able to work under pressure, good interpersonal and service mind skills Advantage - Experience working in Japanese companies - Study or work experience in Japan - Strong interest in IT systems or technology
