• Job Description

  Short Summary: - This position is responsible for managing and improving PCBA production processes, especially Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Testing (ICT/FCT/Functional Test). The Assistant Manager will control product quality and ensure all processes follow internal standards and customer requirements. You will analyze production defects such as solder bridge, insufficient solder, coating defects, and test failures. This role also focuses on process improvement to reduce defects and increase yield. You will lead supervisors and production staff and coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Planning teams. This is an important position to support quality systems and customer audits. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and control Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Test processes - Monitor product quality and process performance - Analyze defects and perform root cause analysis - Improve manufacturing process to reduce NG and increase yield - Manage and supervise Supervisors and production operators - Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Planning departments - Support ISO, IATF, and customer audits - Prepare production reports, defect data, yield, and KPIs Organizational Structure: - This position reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager or Factory Manager. You will supervise production Supervisors and operators in the PCBA production line. The team includes production staff for Wave, Coating, and Test processes. You will work closely with Engineering team for process improvement, QA team for quality control, and Planning team for production schedule. This role requires strong leadership and good communication skills to manage the team and achieve production and quality targets.
