Job Description
Short Summary: - The GA & HR Manager will manage all General Affairs and Human Resources functions in the factory. This role is responsible for controlling company regulations, salary structure, manpower planning, and HR budget. The manager will handle labor issues, employee relations, and coordinate with government departments. You will also manage ISO systems (ISO 9001, 14001, IATF 16949), safety, facility, and training functions. This position requires strong leadership skills and close communication with top management. The candidate must have solid experience in manufacturing and strong knowledge of Thai labor law. English communication is necessary for coordination with international headquarters. Key Responsibilities: - Manage overall GA & HR departments following company policy - Review and update company regulations in line with Thai labor law - Control salary structure, salary adjustment, promotion, and bonus evaluation - Manage manpower planning and HR/GA budget control - Solve labor issues and handle employee relations - Control VISA and Work Permit for foreign staff - Coordinate with government departments (Labor Dept., SSF, Revenue Dept., Immigration) - Maintain ISO 9001, 14001, IATF 16949 systems, safety and environmental systems - Supervise Facility, Safety, and Training Center sections - Report and cooperate with International Headquarters (IHQ) - Advise management and employees on HR matters Organizational Structure: - The GA & HR Manager reports directly to top management and works closely with the Managing Director and factory management team. This position supervises GA staff, HR staff, safety officers, and training staff. The team supports all employees in the factory. The manager is responsible for setting department targets based on company policy and monitoring team performance. Close cooperation with other departments such as Production, Accounting, and Quality Control is required. The role also communicates with international headquarters to ensure company policies are properly implemented.

MUST: - Nationality: Thai, Gender: Male or Female, Age: 44–46 years old - Bachelor Degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field - English communication skill is Business Level - Experience as GA&HR Manager level in manufacturing business - Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and safety law - Experience in salary structure management and manpower planning - Good leadership and management skill - Good connection with Thai government departments (Labor Dept., SSF, Revenue Dept., Immigration) - Experience working with Japanese company Advantage: - Experience supporting International Headquarters (IHQ)
