• Job Description

  　- Short Summary: This position is responsible for managing the BOI and Logistics department. The manager will handle all BOI projects, including applying for new BOI projects and closing existing projects. You will control and monitor company operations to make sure all activities follow BOI conditions and privileges. You will also manage import, export, and domestic transportation processes. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage team members and improve their performance. The manager must coordinate with government departments such as Customs, BOI, and other related organizations. Cost control and problem-solving skills are very important in this position. 　- Key Responsibilities: - Manage and control overall BOI and Logistics department - Apply for new BOI projects and close existing projects - Ensure company activities follow BOI conditions and privileges - Control import, export, and domestic transportation process - Manage customs clearance (Air, Sea, Truck, EPZ, FZ) - Handle FTA privileges and customs issues - Manage claim issues and solve logistics problems - Monitor and improve logistics process for cost saving - Advise other departments about BOI and import-export matters - Develop and improve team members’ skills 　- Organizational Structure: This position will work at the Head Office in Samut Prakan. The BOI & Logistics Manager will lead the BOI and Logistics team. The team consists of several staff handling import-export documentation, customs clearance, and BOI coordination. The manager will report directly to top management (such as General Manager or Managing Director). The role requires close coordination with Sales, Accounting, Warehouse, and other related departments. The manager will also communicate with external organizations such as BOI office, Customs Department, and logistics service providers. Strong leadership is required to guide the team and ensure smooth daily operations.
