Job Description

1:Interpretation and Communication Support: ->Acting as the primary bridge between the Japanese Manager and Thai staff/market. ->interpreting during business negotiations and internal meetings. 2:New Business Development (Roasted Sweet Potato/Yaki-imo Stalls): ->Searching for potential stall locations. ->Negotiating rental conditions and prices with market owners/leaders (requires strong negotiation skills). ->Sourcing suppliers for equipment (e.g., food label machines). ->Conducting market research to identify where competitors source their potatoes. 3:General Management Support: ->Gathering feedback from the market and customers to explain "Thai context" to the Japanese Manager. ->Assisting with the expansion into other areas. 4: Business Trips: ->Driving to various locations for research and negotiation. ->Overnight trips (Occasionally) to provinces or potentially Japan/SEA.

Requirement

[Must] Japanese skill: Conversational to Business level (Able to interpret for the Japanese Manager). English Skill: Intermediate Level ※They need candidate who can speak English or Japanese(Prefer Japanese speaker) Experience in Sales or Customer Service (CDDs who has experience to work with client) Must possess a Driving License and be able to commute by self Willingness to go outside, visit wet markets, and negotiate aggressively if needed.
