Job Description
Short Summary: - The Section Manager is responsible for managing mechanical and electrical engineering projects, mainly for factory and industrial sites. This role focuses on project planning, cost control, staff management, and client coordination. The Section Manager will lead Project Managers and site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to contract terms. The position also requires strong experience in MEP installation work and business management. The manager will review project performance, control costs, and improve productivity. This role is suitable for an experienced Project Manager or Project Director who can handle both technical and management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Direct and control all project activities, including installation and pricing - Manage staff and assign work to Project Managers - Prepare work schedules and manpower plans - Monitor project progress, budget, and efficiency - Review cost reports and control project expenses - Ensure projects are completed on time and follow contract terms - Maintain good and long-term relationships with clients - Manage customer issues and improve customer satisfaction - Provide guidance and support to supervisors and team members Organizational Structure: - The Section Manager works as a senior management position in the project team. This role directly manages several Project Managers and site supervisors. The total team size depends on the number of ongoing projects, usually including engineers, supervisors, and site staff. The Section Manager reports to top management or the Project Director. This position plays a key role in decision-making, cost control, and coordination between internal teams and clients. Close communication with engineering, finance, and management teams is required to ensure smooth project execution.

Must - Nationality: Thai - Gender: Male - Age: 40–48 years old - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - License: Engineering License Level 2 or above (Professional Engineer License from Council of Engineers Thailand) - Experience: Minimum 10 years in project management (M&E construction field) - English Skill: Upper intermediate level (for communication with Japanese management) - Experience working in Japanese or international construction companies - At least 8 years of experience as Project Manager or Project Director - Experience in mechanical and electrical system installation (MEP Service) - Experience in project and business management Advantage - Experience in factory or industrial engineering projects
