  Short Summary: - This position is an Assistant Construction Manager responsible for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) system projects. The role supports overall project management, including planning, installation control, cost management, and coordination with all project stakeholders. The candidate will work closely with consultants, designers, owners, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. - The job also involves supporting business management activities such as project bidding, cost estimation, and contract preparation. This is a senior position suitable for an experienced engineer who has managed large-scale M&E construction projects and understands both technical and management aspects. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are required. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and control M&E system installation at construction sites - Support project planning, scheduling, and progress control - Prepare cost estimation and support project bidding - Coordinate with consultants, designers, owners, and suppliers - Control project budget, quality, and safety standards - Support contract and business management tasks -Report project status to top management Organizational Structure: - The Assistant Construction Manager works under the Construction Manager or Project Director. The role leads site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors involved in M&E works. The team usually consists of several mechanical and electrical engineers, site supervisors, and administrative staff depending on project size. This position acts as a key coordinator between the site team and head office management. The Assistant Construction Manager also communicates with external parties such as consultants, designers, clients, and suppliers. The role requires strong leadership to guide the team, solve problems on site, and support management decisions. Close cooperation with Japanese management may be required.
