  Short Summary: This position is a Sales Staff role for a Japanese food trading company. You will be responsible for both existing and new customers, mainly Japanese and local restaurants in Bangkok. At the beginning, you will work closely with Japanese sales managers to learn products, customers, and sales methods. This period is like on-the-job training. After you can work independently, you will handle your own customers and develop new business. You will visit customers directly and manage sales activities by yourself, including orders and basic paperwork. This role is suitable for someone who has experience in B2B food sales and wants to grow in a Japanese company environment. Key Responsibilities: ・Visit existing customers and maintain good relationships ・Develop new customers (existing:new = 70:30) ・Follow Japanese managers during training period ・Handle sales activities independently after training ・Visit customers in Bangkok area ・Prepare quotations, orders, and sales documents ・Manage sales targets and incentives ・Use own car or public transportation for customer visits
