Job Description

・Property Research: Market area analysis, shopping center inspections, customer demographics, tenant composition, sales projections, comparison with existing stores, profit and loss calculations. ・Property Negotiation: Owner negotiations, proposal of terms, contract negotiations, discussion of construction classifications, discussion of asset classifications, competitor research. ・Store Opening Support: Promotional activities for openings, coordination with property owners, media relations. ・Existing Store Support: Social media promotions, handling negotiations with other departments.

Requirement

[Must] - 3-5 years of experience in Store Development in retail company or leasing management in landlord - At least Japanese N3 Level or English business level [Prefer] - Having Japanese skill N2 or higher
