Job Responsibilities ・Manage daily operations in the injection molding production line ・Set machine conditions independently based on product drawings ・Supervise and guide technicians, leaders, and assistant supervisors ・Handle insert molding and automotive interior molding processes ・Improve production processes and reduce defects ・Monitor production output and ensure quality standards ・Coordinate with Japanese managers and related departments ・Solve molding-related technical problems on the shop floor ・Ensure safety and maintain good housekeeping in the production area
