  Short Summary: - The Purchasing Supervisor (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for managing purchasing activities to support factory operations. This position controls supplier management, purchasing planning, and cost control to ensure materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards. The role requires close coordination with suppliers, internal departments, and management. Chinese language skills are important to communicate with overseas suppliers and partners. The Purchasing Supervisor also supports team members and helps improve purchasing processes for efficiency and cost reduction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily purchasing operations and purchasing staff - Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services - Communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers and partners - Control purchasing cost, quality, and delivery time - Prepare purchasing plans based on production needs - Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Warehouse teams - Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues - Prepare purchasing reports for management - Support process improvement in purchasing activities - Perform other tasks assigned by management Organizational Structure: The Purchasing Supervisor works in the Purchasing Department and reports directly to the Purchasing Manager or Factory Manager. The team includes purchasing officers and staff responsible for ordering materials and supplier coordination. This position acts as a key person between suppliers and internal departments such as Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Accounting. The Purchasing Supervisor provides guidance to team members, checks purchasing accuracy, and ensures purchasing activities follow company policy. Cooperation and leadership are important in this role.
