  Short Summary: - This position is for a Senior Design Engineer working on automotive and motorcycle components. The role focuses on design, development, and technical leadership within project teams. The engineer will work closely with SOLIZE Japan engineering teams and clients. For CFD Specialist roles, the engineer will apply Computational Fluid Dynamics to improve performance and efficiency of automotive and motorcycle parts. The position requires strong technical skills, leadership ability, and good communication. Engineers may support and guide junior team members and manage project documentation. For selected CFD candidates, there is an opportunity to receive training at the Japan headquarters before returning to work in Thailand. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage engineering project teams as a team leader - Work under guidance from SOLIZE Japan engineering team - Give clear instructions and technical guidance to team members - Support skill development of junior engineers - Handle design and development of automotive and motorcycle components - Apply CFD analysis to optimize product performance (for CFD Specialist) - Prepare project documents and reports accurately - Communicate with clients and internal teams regularly Organizational Structure: - The Senior Design Engineer will be part of the Engineering Division in Thailand. The engineer will work in a project-based team structure, usually consisting of several design engineers and junior engineers. The role reports directly to senior engineers and project leaders from SOLIZE Japan. Daily work involves close cooperation with the Japan engineering team, following their technical direction and project requirements. As a senior member, this role also supports team management, task assignment, and technical review. Communication with clients, internal departments, and overseas teams is an important part of the job.
