Job Description

Short Summary: This position is for a Japanese–Thai Interpreter at a logistics company in Chonburi. Main role is interpretation in meetings with clients, especially price negotiation, accident reports, and explanation of causes and countermeasures. Business level Japanese and Thai are required. The interpreter needs to understand logistics terms such as inbound, outbound, and inventory. In addition to interpretation and translation, this position will support purchasing and import-export work. Actual interpretation time is about one hour per day. The interpreter must be ready when important meetings happen. This role is important because the import-export department is currently not clear and needs better communication. Key Responsibilities: ・Interpret Japanese and Thai in client meetings ・Support price negotiation ・Interpret accident and trouble reports ・Translate documents Japanese–Thai ・Use logistics and warehouse terms ・Support import-export and purchasing work ・Communicate calmly and professionally

Requirement

MUST: ・Nationality, Gender, Age Thai nationality Female preferred Age 35–50 ・Education High school graduate or above ・English skill / Japanese skill Japanese JLPT N２ or above ※Qualifications are not mandatory if you have equivalent skills. Speaking skill is important Business level Japanese–Thai ・Experiences Experience in client-facing interpretation Experience in meetings or negotiations ・Driver License Able to commute by own car ・etc Strong mindset not be influenced by others’ opinions Advantage： Experience in import-export or logistics company Experience working in Japanese company
