  Short Summary: The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales department for steel doors and rolling shutters. This role is a playing manager position, responsible for both management and key sales activities. The company mainly works with construction projects, factories, warehouses, and logistics buildings. The Sales Manager will focus on proposal-based sales to architects, consultants, and design firms, as well as project sales to construction companies. The role requires strong experience in building materials, especially metal products such as steel doors, rolling shutters, aluminum windows, or similar products. The Sales Manager will create sales strategies, manage the sales team, control budgets, and report sales activities to the Director and SANWA Japan headquarters. Good English communication skill and the ability to plan business strategy are essential. Key Responsibilities: ・Manage and control all sales activities of the sales department ・Create annual sales budget and sales strategy with Director ・Follow up and check sales progress and market situation ・Conduct proposal sales to architects, consultants, and design offices ・Conduct project-based sales to construction companies ・Handle price agreements, order entry, invoicing, and payment collection ・Support Director with sales-related documents and reports ・Manage and coach sales team members ・Report sales performance, market trends, and competitor information to　Japanese HQ ・9:1= management 　sales team : actual sales operations
