  Short Summary: This role is responsible for supervising the Production Engineering team and ensuring all technical systems and production environments are properly set up. The Supervisor will work as the practical top-level Thai leader in the department, supporting a Japanese Manager who oversees multiple departments. The position requires strong knowledge in electrical systems, robot system setup, and small-scale production equipment (less than 1 meter in size). The candidate will take the lead in preparing production lines, solving technical problems, coordinating with related departments, and training junior staff. This role is important for new product launches and stable mass production in the factory. The Supervisor must also manage a team and maintain smooth daily production operations. Key Responsibilities: ・Set up electrical systems, robot systems, and compact production equipment ・Handle and adjust machines with dimensions under or around 1 meter (H×W×D) ・Work on production tools and fixtures for palm-sized products or components ・Build, modify, or improve small-scale production systems ・Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement activities ・Train and supervise junior staff and operators ・Prepare production lines for new product introduction ・Monitor production quality and performance using numeric data ・Coordinate with Japanese Manager and cross-functional departments ・Maintain safety standards and prepare necessary technical documentation
