  Short summary: The Production manager (SMT Process) will manage and manager daily SMT and AI operations. The role requires controlling manpower, reducing production defects, and supporting machine operations. The candidate must be experienced with PCBA processes and SMT machines such as Panasonic and Fuji. Leadership and communication skills are essential to lead technicians and coordinate with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Manager SMT/AI production lines and technicians. - Operate and support Panasonic and Fuji SMT machines. - Analyze and reduce NG defects in the production process. - Ensure accurate reporting and employee attendance control. - Check NG products in the next process and initiate corrective actions. - Support machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. - Manage new model/product introduction and SMT program engineering. - Develop new SMT technologies and tooling equipment. - Create and improve machine programs and part data. - Identify root causes of equipment/process issues and report. Organizational Structure: The Production Manager reports directly to the Production Senior Manager. The role manage a team of experienced staff on the SMT/AI line. The team collaborates closely with Quality Control, Engineering, and Planning departments to ensure efficient and high-quality operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining productivity and implementing continuous improvement across production lines.
