• Job Description

  We are seeking a Project Manager (PjM) to oversee the implementation of HVAC and IoT-enabled systems in Thailand. Unlike new-build projects, our implementations are mainly in existing stores and facilities with pre-installed equipment and systems, which makes each project unique and more complex. Based on requirements defined by our HQ in Japan, you will verify feasibility on-site, make adjustments as needed, and ensure smooth execution. Installation and engineering tasks are handled by internal engineers and external contractors; your role is to oversee planning, coordination, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Validate HQ-defined requirements against actual site conditions and propose adjustments when necessary - Coordinate with local engineers and external contractors for HVAC equipment installation and commissioning - Manage multiple short-cycle projects simultaneously - Develop schedules and monitor progress with speed and precision - Manage project equipment procurement and inventory - Track project budgets and costs - Identify risks and implement effective countermeasures - Provide technical explanations and support requirement definition with clients
