  Short summary: The Sales Engineer will promote and sell mechanical seals and sealing solutions to customers in industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Power Plant. This position requires both technical knowledge and strong communication skills to support customers, identify new sales opportunities, and maintain good relationships with existing clients. Training and support will be provided by the National Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Learn company products and sales process through training. - Visit customers to promote products and maintain relationships. - Develop new customers and follow up with existing clients. - Provide technical support and basic engineering advice to customers. - Prepare sales reports, proposals, and follow-up documentation. - Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Organizational Structure: The Sales Engineer reports directly to the National Sales Manager. The team consists of experienced engineers and sales professionals working closely with the service and technical support departments. The company provides continuous training and guidance to ensure strong collaboration between sales, engineering, and after-sales service teams.
