  • Job Description

    Short summary: This position provides technical support for the company’s IT systems and users. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software problems, maintaining networks, and supporting office systems. The IT Support staff will also develop small business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to improve workflow efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day technical support for computers, printers, and network systems - Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for users - Maintain IT systems, networks, and security compliance - Manage IT assets and documentation - Develop business applications using Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate - Support internal users and collaborate with departments for process improvement - Participate in IT projects and new system implementation Organizational Structure: The IT Support position belongs to the Personnel & General Affairs Department. You will report directly to the IT Manager or General Affairs Supervisor. The team consists of several members who handle IT operations, network maintenance, and user support across the company. The working style is cooperative, with opportunities to learn from Japanese and Thai colleagues.

    MUST: - Nationality: Thai - Gender: Any - Age: 24–32 years old - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field - English skill : Upper intermediate level (English) - Experience: At least 2 years in an IT support role Technical Skills: - Programming languages such as C or Java - Experience in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting Advantage: - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Power BI
