  Short summary: We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the PED Department in Amata City, Chonburi. The role focuses on managing engineering projects in the automotive and electronics field, controlling engineering processes, and ensuring project success. The manager will support and guide subordinates, handle cost and KPI management, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to cooperate with other departments for new models and engineering concerns. Key Responsibilities: - Handle and control automotive product engineering projects - Support and guide subordinates in engineering process and control - Monitor and manage KPIs and targets for engineering section - Prepare reports and presentations, especially for new model projects - Manage manpower and solve engineering team problems - Control cost and expenses in engineering processes - Cooperate with other sections for new model projects and engineering issues - Review subordinates’ work and action plans - Ensure timely completion of requirements and schedules - Provide feedback and communication to all concerned parties - Drive teamwork and continuous improvement in engineering section Organizational Structure: The Engineering Manager will report directly to senior management and oversee the PED engineering team. The role involves managing several engineers and technical staff, ensuring effective coordination across departments such as production, quality, and purchasing. The manager will also act as the main contact for customers regarding engineering issues. This position is critical for new model development and continuous improvement of engineering processes within the organization.
