  Short summary: The Legal Senior Supervisor is responsible for contract review, legal compliance, and communication with government agencies. The role requires drafting and managing agreements, handling company registrations, and preparing legal correspondence. The position demands strong legal knowledge, good English skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external partners. Key Responsibilities: - Review, draft, and manage company contracts and agreements (service, employment, sales, etc.) - Register business documents with the Ministry of Commerce and related government agencies - Draft letters and legal correspondence, including reminders and contract cancellation notices - Update and advise on laws and regulations related to company’s business - Manage company compliance system and legal records - Coordinate with customers, government agencies, and internal departments - Work with external legal consultants as needed Organizational Structure: The Legal Senior Supervisor will report to the Head of Legal or Legal Manager. The position will closely coordinate with management teams and other departments such as HR, Finance, and Sales to ensure legal compliance and risk management across the company.
