  - Short summary: The Sales position is responsible for handling customer relationships and supporting new project planning. You will manage claims, negotiate with both internal teams and clients, and coordinate closely with Japanese-speaking customers. High-level Japanese language skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer claims and follow up - Negotiate with clients and internal departments - Support planning for new projects - Communicate daily with Japanese native clients - Prepare and manage sales-related documents - Coordinate with the production or engineering team if needed Organizational Structure: You will be part of the sales department and report directly to the Japanese manager. The team includes both Thai and Japanese members. Most clients are Japanese companies, so communication in Japanese is required daily. Internal meetings and reporting may be done in both English and Japanese. The department works closely with engineering and logistics teams to support customer requirements.
