  Job Description 　- Short summary: The Mold Production Manager will lead the Mold Production Department to ensure smooth production, quality control, and target achievement. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate with both customers and internal teams. The manager is responsible for production, quality, cost control, audits, and staff development. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Mold Fabrication Process (CAD/CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Milling, Grinding, Gun Drill, Fitting, Assembly) - Supervise Engineering, IPQC, Polishing, and Production Control - Set and achieve Department KPI and Employees' KPI - Monitor and achieve Production Target and Sales Target - Propose actions to improve Quality System and Product Quality - Solve quality issues and communicate with related persons - Communicate with customers for order, sales, delivery, and quality issues - Attend customer meetings to solve quality issues - Control documents (Manual, Procedure, WI, Control Plan, etc.) - Budget and Expense Control for Mold Department - Lead Cost Reduction and negotiate with suppliers - Follow company policies and support company activities - Educate Engineers and Technicians to improve skills - Follow up employee discipline and company rules - Promote 5S and ISO Management within the team 　- Organizational Structure: The Mold Production Manager reports to the Department Manager and manages 62 subordinates including engineers, technicians, and operators. This role works closely with other departments and customers to ensure smooth operations and high product quality.
