Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager for the Air Freight Customer Service team at our Bangkok Head Office. This role is focused on managing export operations, guiding team members, and solving operational issues. You will work closely with the CS Manager to improve the team’s performance, reduce errors, and ensure high service quality. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills and a strong understanding of air freight processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support the Export Customer Service team - Provide training and improve staff skills - Monitor performance and guide team on their tasks - Solve process issues and prevent recurring mistakes - Analyze incidents and implement action plans - Prepare reports on accidents, issues, and profit/loss - Verify data in daily operations and shipments - Encourage the team to improve service and profit - Coordinate task assignment and explain procedures clearly

Requirement
MUST: - Bachelor degree (any field) - Minimum 5 years of experience in air freight export customer service - Strong knowledge of air freight forwarding operations - Good English communication skills - Experience in leading and motivating a team - Proficiency in MS Office and Excel BETTER: - Experience in reporting and root cause analysis - Ability to manage a large group of team members
