    Job Summary -Oversee all human resources, labor relations, and General Affairs (GA) functions for the Philippine branch, covering both corporate office personnel and direct retail store staff. Aligning with the HR Director at the Regional HQ, you will establish a robust HR infrastructure compliant with Philippine labor laws (DOLE), fostering organizational growth and building a strong company culture. Key Responsibilities -Recruitment & Onboarding: Formulate hiring plans, manage screening/selection, and execute onboarding processes for office staff, store managers, and retail team members as the organization expands. -Labor Relations & Compliance: Implement and manage internal company regulations in strict compliance with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations, manage labor relations, and resolve employee relations issues or grievances. -Compensation & Benefits Management: Review monthly payroll processing in coordination with external vendors, manage statutory contributions, and administer employee benefits such as HMO. -General Affairs (GA) Operations: Oversee office administration, maintain the office environment, manage procurement of supplies, asset management, and handle facilities and operational administration for the local site. -Localization of Regional HR Initiatives: Adapt and implement the Regional HQ’s core performance evaluation systems and training initiatives tailored to the local Philippine organization.

Qualifications

    Requirements -Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager within multinational companies in the retail, apparel, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries. -Knowledge: Deep understanding and comprehensive working knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE regulations). -Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a balanced mindset to serve as an effective bridge between the local team and overseas HQ.
