Job Description
As the Sales Head of the Philippine office, you will be responsible for strategic sales targeting major Japanese clients (electronics and automotive parts manufacturers) and overseeing local staff management. This is a critical position aimed at taking over sales management duties currently handled by the Country Representative to drive organizational autonomy and expansion. <Key Responsibilities> - Sales Strategy & Execution: Formulate mid-to-long-term sales strategies and engage in high-level sales activities for key accounts. - Team Management: Guide and develop local staff, manage KPIs, and standardize business processes. - Supply Chain Oversight: Supervise delivery and inventory management; handle high-level coordination with the Japan headquarters and suppliers. - Business Support: Improve sales forecasting accuracy and propose new business opportunities based on customer feedback.

Requirement
<MUST> ‐ Experience working in a Japanese company - At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Procurement, or Production Control related to electronic devices, components, or semiconductors. - At least 3 years of Sales experience in the Logistics sector. - N2 or higher Japanese and Business level of English is essential for coordination between the Japan HQ and local operations.
