Job Description

Direct Sales and Business Expansion Activities: Proactively propose Sumitomo Electric products through a direct sales approach without using distributors. Achieve sales targets by developing new customers and actively expanding business with existing customers through cross-selling and up-selling. Autonomous Technical Consulting and Support: As a sales engineer, independently address and resolve customers’ technical inquiries and provide insights and recommendations. In addition, provide responsive after-sales support following product delivery, without hesitation and with strong mobility. Internal Collaboration and Compliance with Company Rules: While prioritizing customer needs, work closely with internal departments such as Finance and Commercial Administrators to ensure smooth coordination. Strictly adhere to internal rules, policies, and processes in executing all business activities.

Requirement

Industry Experience: Experience in telecommunications carriers such as PLDT, Globe, Converge, etc. (not limited to these companies), including relevant industry or operational experience. Sales Achievements: Proven track record in new business development, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving sales targets through proactive proposal-based selling. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of FTTH (Fiber-To-The-Home) network architecture, including metro and backbone network structures. In-depth knowledge of fiber optic products such as fusion splicers, optical connectors, fiber optic cables, and optical closures, with hands-on experience in assembly and handling. Others: A valid driver’s license is preferred. If not possessed, it should be obtained after joining the company.
