Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide operational and customer service support to the Medical/HMO Sales team - Serve as a point of contact for existing clients regarding medical insurance/HMO services - Coordination for client requests (LOAs, exams, member movements, reimbursement, etc.). - Offers information on health availments and claims.

- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field, preferably Medical Course. -Previous experience in an account management support role within the healthcare industry. - Basic understanding of medical insurance/HMO products and terminology is an advantage.
