Job Description
Responsibilities: -Strategic Financial Guidance: As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in comprehensive financial operations and reporting, provide analysis to support board-level decision-making. -Organizational Management: Lead and manage a finance team of approximately 20 members to achieve organizational goals. -Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and internal controls. -Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks through auditing and reporting. -Strategic Analysis Provision: Provide guidance to optimize the bottom line and resource allocation.

Requirement
[MUST-HAVE] -Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required. -Experience: Extensive practical experience in finance and accounting, alongside experience managing a team of around 20 people. [NICE-TO-HAVE] -Experience in Japanese manufacturing company -Candidates with experience at SGV & Co. (EY Philippines) are highly evaluated.
