  Responsibilities -Facilitate accurate verbal and written communication between Japanese and English-speaking parties. -Translate project specifications and administrative documentation. -Translate operational standards and software manuals. -Process, type, and comprehend Japanese texts for staff members. -Conduct material research based on project requirements. -Translate and convert written materials pertaining to CAD operations. -Accurately relay technical concepts and ideas across both languages. -Attend conferences and meetings to serve as the official interpreter and mediate professional discussions. -Manage the electronic receipt and submission of assignments. -Provide interpretation assistance for Japanese expatriates and visiting personnel. -Manage telephone correspondence with Japanese designers regarding CAD operations. -Deliver precise interpretation without unauthorized additions or omissions. -Providing interpretation of questions, answers, statements, arguments, explanations and other forms of verbal communication. -Maintain daily activity logs and ensure all documentation complies with applicable corporate ethics and standards.
