    ■ Key Responsibilities Recruitment: Formulate and execute recruitment strategies focusing on Filipino talent. Policy & Labor Support: Assist in the planning and implementation of employment rules, evaluation systems, and compensation structures in compliance with Philippine Labor Laws. Organizational Development: Promote the company’s "Flat Organization (Independent/Autonomous)" culture and plan initiatives to improve employee engagement. Accounting/Generalist Support: Support general administrative and accounting functions (joining a team of 3).

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ Requirements (MUST) At least 2–3 years of professional experience in Human Resources. Strong motivation to expand your career into general HR fields, including system design and organizational development, beyond just recruitment. Japanese language proficiency (N3 level) is required. ■ Preferred Skills (WANT) Recruitment experience in the Tech or Engineering sectors. Experience in setting up HR systems or deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Law (DOLE).

    -Paid Leave: 5 days granted at the beginning of the second year of employment. -Increases by 1 day every subsequent year (up to a maximum of 10 days). -To ensure operational continuity, leave is generally limited to 2 days per month (exceptions for emergencies, illness, or prior approval). -Service Incentive Leave (SIL): Unused leave up to 5 days will be converted to cash at the end of the year per Philippine Labor Law. -Salary & Bonus: * Paid twice a month (15th and end of the month). -13th Month Pay: Equivalent to one month's salary, paid before December 24th. -Benefits & Allowances: -Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). -HMO (Private Medical Insurance). -Meal Allowance: PHP 60/day. -Transportation Allowance: PHP 26/day. -Uniform provided.
