    The HR Assistant Supervisor oversees the full spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring compliance with the Philippine Labor Laws while aligning HR strategies with the company’s goals. This role drives people initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, enhance employee engagement, and promote culture of accountability, openness, and continuous improvement. > HR Operations – Manage daily HR activities including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, health and safety, onboarding, and offboarding. > Strategy & Compliance - Develop, implement, and maintain HR strategies, policies, and programs in compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and company standards. > Culture & Engagement - Promote a culture of professionalism, inclusivity, and teamwork, and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and well-being. > HR Analytics & Reporting – Establish, monitor, and evaluate HR metrics, providing leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations. > Leadership Support – Advise the President and Management Team on HR matters, offering proactive and strategic solutions to workforce challenges. > Accountability & Growth – Uphold accountability and openness for improvement by encouraging feedback, continuous learning, and shared responsibility across teams. > Other Duties - Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by the President. Qualifications

  • Requirement

    > Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field. > Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. > Proven track record in HR strategy development, employee engagement, and organizational development. > Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE compliance, and HR best practices. > Familiarity with compensation benchmarking, job evaluation frameworks, and salary structuring. > Excellent command of English (oral and written); knowledge of business etiquette is an advantage. > Professional certifications such as CHRP or equivalent are an advantage. > Willingness to learn Japanese business culture and uphold ANP’s standards of professionalism.
